Hallin Marine Subsea International, Minow Marine Projects Ltd, STX Canada Marine Inc and M3 Marine Pte Ltd, who together form CSS Design Ltd, today annouced their CSS (Compact Semi-Submersible) Concept vessel at the annual OSJ Conference 2009, London.
